Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time: Each order is hand-crafted, made-to-order (and never mass-produced). Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once the shipment is on its way. Order processing and production does not occur on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250 within the continental United States. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping speed.

Expedited Shipping: Ground and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that selecting expedited shipping speeds up transit time only; it does not expedite production.

LTL Freight (Large Orders): Orders exceeding ≈ 315 lbs. will be shipped via LTL freight on a pallet and billed separately. LTL shipments travel on business days only. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If multiple orders are placed to the same address within a 48-hour window and collectively exceed 315 lbs., they will be consolidated into a single LTL freight shipment in keeping with our commitment to sustainability.
