Shipping policy

Due to the hand-crafted, made-to-order (and never mass-produced) nature of our products, orders take 3-5 business days to process prior to shipping.

All orders are processed within this timeframe (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional email notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $250 within the continental United States only. Shipping for all other orders is calculated and displayed at checkout according to the volume, weight, shipping speed and geographical location of your order. Ground or expedited shipping is available.

If the order weighs over ≈ 315 lbs., it will need to be shipped on a pallet via LTL freight, which will be billed separately.

Please note LTL trucks will only transport over business days, any quotes provided should account for this. LTL transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@alkemispaint.com.

If you place multiple orders going to the same address over a 48 hour timeframe (that collectively weigh over 315 lbs.), these will be consolidated and shipped via LTL freight, due to our commitment to sustainability.

Our logistics team will contact you ASAP to coordinate billing and delivery. Please note, shipping costs are based on the size and dimensions of your order and rest assured we'll only pass on our most competitive rates to you.

Due to our commitment to sustainability, multiple orders to the same address within 48-hours (totalling 315 lbs or more), will be consolidated into one shipment.
