Eligibility: Open to participants aged 18 or older. Employees and affiliates of Design Miami and Alkemis Paint are not eligible.

How to Enter: Visit https://alkemispaint.com/pages/DesignMiamiAlkemisPaintNameThisColor2024 and submit your name suggestion for a new paint color. Limit of 1 entry per person.

Entry Period: Sweepstakes begins on November 18, 2024 and ends on November 19, 2024. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Prize: One winner will receive (1) VIP Pass to Design Miami 2024. Pass is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by the Design Miami curatorial team from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by email within 1 day of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 2 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity: By entering, you grant Design Miami and Alkemis Paint permission to use your name and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

General Terms: Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Design Miami and Alkemis Paint reserve the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impact the integrity of the contest.

Privacy: Personal information provided will only be used for purposes of this sweepstakes and in accordance with our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability: Design Miami and Alkemis Paint are not responsible for any technical or human error, lost entries, or failures in the sweepstakes process.

Governing Law: The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
